Our high performance Bi-Metal band saw blades are manufactured from prefabricated steel strip. This strip is bonded in an undetachable manner to the high speed steel cutting teeth by means of an electron beam welding process.
Bi-Metal band saw blades guarantee optimal wear resistance and the highest possible load capacity on all horizontal and vertical band saw machines including Hafco, Cosen, Actual Power, Beka-Mak, Milwaukee, Dewalt to name a few.
Bi-Metal blades are the best blades for cutting Metal and other hard materials as they have a highly fatigue resistant steel body giving the user a longer blade life with consistent and faster cuts.

The main types of bi-metal blades are –
Standard M42 bi-metal blades – are made from High Speed Steel Cobalt M42 and are suited to different cutting methods and most materials such as tool steel, graphite, aluminium and stainless steel.
M51 bi-metal blades – are made using a high-alloy backing material and a High Speed Steel M51 tooth tip.
Carbide Tipped bandsaw blades – are Tungsten Carbide tipped blades and are recommended for cutting high hardness materials. They are more durable than conventional blades resulting in longer life and less time spent changing blades. In addition, they retain their sharpness better, to give a higher performance for longer.
